How to get motivated for work out

Getting motivated for task can be very hard especially when u just got up from your comfy bed and need to get out for a run 
In this article we will see ways to get motivated in minutes for large task.

* Add music
Adding music to anything wether it's cooking or a workout session makes it effortless and enjoyable, so this should be your number one go to when you feel like you lack motivation to do something.

* Break it down:
Be aware that anything you decide to do can be broken down into tiny bits with that in mind u should try breaking large task into smaller units for example if you have a goal of performing 100 pushups a day you can say u will start with 20 pushups and repeat that over and over again till you achieve your goal doing this will not only create artificial motivation but also makes it feel less of a challenge.

* Call out the benefits:
First of all u should know why u want to do what is at hand, sometimes we can get motivated by just reciting the benefits of the task we chose to do, an example of this will be to put a picture of a shredded person on your wall beside your bed so when u wake up that pic stimulates your brain and floods your heart with desire this has been proven to be very effective.


* Get up and do it :
The problem is not that u are not motivated enough to attempt a task is Just that you are too comfortable in comfort Zone which is good but not the best place to sit around all day, when you are faced with something that needs doing just say there's nothing I would rather be doing at this moment and attempt it for atleast 2 mins.
