 We all struggle to be attractive especially to the opposite gender, so in this article we would go through some steps to achieve the ultimate attractive body.

Confidence; 



The saying everything looks good with confidence is not an understatement, no matter what you put on without the confidence you look off but when you are relaxed and confident you stand out more.

Note do not over do this because it might come off as being proud or cocky.

this is your crown a good hairline is a very attractive feature to have especially in guys, try getting a good hairline if u have a receding hairline, you can try out some products if not just go with a haircut that complements your face.


Lips;



 if you want to be attractive to the opposite gender the lip plays a very vital role it is one of the colourful feature of the face so it is easily noticed, just biting or licking your lip can send alot of meanings to the opposite gender. 

The lip should be well taken care of by exfoliating regularly and keeping it moist by adding balm.

Get in shape;

Look around you, you hardly see an oversized model this is because the in-shape you are the more you level your attraction game, so try hitting the gym you don't have to be shredded or muscular but try loosing unnecessary fats especially in the tummy.

Smell nice; 


No matter how beautiful or handsome you are bad smell is a great turn off to anyone around you, so put in the effort to smell nice by applying colone and other deodorants. 


Be gentle;

Everyone loves a gentle person, this doesn't mean letting everyone walk all over you just care more, pay more attention to details don't do things hastily cause it just looks messy.

Adding music to anything wether it's cooking or a workout session makes it effortless and enjoyable, so this should be your number one go to when you feel like you lack motivation to do something.

* Break it down:
Be aware that anything you decide to do can be broken down into tiny bits with that in mind u should try breaking large task into smaller units for example if you have a goal of performing 100 pushups a day you can say u will start with 20 pushups and repeat that over and over again till you achieve your goal doing this will not only create artificial motivation but also makes it feel less of a challenge.

First of all u should know why u want to do what is at hand, sometimes we can get motivated by just reciting the benefits of the task we chose to do, an example of this will be to put a picture of a shredded person on your wall beside your bed so when u wake up that pic stimulates your brain and floods your heart with desire this has been proven to be very effective.


* Get up and do it :
The problem is not that u are not motivated enough to attempt a task is Just that you are too comfortable in comfort Zone which is good but not the best place to sit around all day, when you are faced with something that needs doing just say there's nothing I would rather be doing at this moment and attempt it for atleast 2 mins.

Monounsaturated fats are present in peanut butter, avocados; nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, and pecans, also in plant oils, such as olive, peanut, safflower, sesame, and canola oils.

Saturated. This is what knowed as bad fat. It's primarily found in animal products like beef, pork, and high-fat dairy foods, like butter, margarine, cream, and cheese. High amounts of saturated fat also are found in many fast, processed, and baked foods like pizza, desserts, hamburgers, and cookies and pastries.


The healthy way of losing fat 

When it comes to losing fat there are two main ways exercise and diet

Though losing fat  can be very difficult, there are some things you can do if you’re looking to reduce excess fat especially abdominal fat.

a. Reduce your alcohol intake; studies have shown that alcohol contributes heavily to belly fat, mostly waist size.
Am not saying you should give it up completely, just moderate your daily intake.

b. Do aerobic exercise ; it's no secret that exercise burn alot of fat rapidly, if you wish to burn belly fat try getting out of your comfort zone, do some cardio, take 5 hours every week to go for a run and you will see improvement in your belly.

c. Take less sugary food; sugary food and drinks are high in frutcose and since our brain doesn't process liquid calories like solid once it ends up being stored up as fat.

d. Control your stress level ; try your best in controling your stress level because stress influences alot of things for example excess stress can lead to over eating which can lead to obesity.

e. Eat mainly high protein and fiber meals ; eating less fatty food and more fiber and protein can help tremendously in reducing fat

f.  Get enough sleep ; sleep is one of the most essential thing in life, you should look into your sleep time if u want to lose fat but be careful not to over do it or you may achieve reverse of the desire result about 8 hours of sleep time is enough.
