Music is life, if you've ever done chores at home with your favorite jams on, you would know what I mean, it brings so much life and color into everything we do including work out sessions.

 Today we will be looking at the best workout out songs for this year, from best to tots amazing even when you think you're done or just too tire of your reps with music you can achieve more, and am telling you this from my personal experience as a workout enthusiast, first let's look at what type of music works best for me personally I would suggest hip pop songs the likes of Tupac Shakur and the rest of these legend RIP.

Honestly I think this is the best song of all time the rhythms and rhymes are just excellent you would have to listen yourself to experience what am saying.

2. 50 cent in da club: 

I know another old school but I can't help but notice that they happen to have one of the greatest composites and balance this song is personally my best workout song it gets me going.

3.  unavailable Davido:

It's no secret that African music is taking over the world at large, and some exceptional talents like Davido are the reason for this outrageous take over.
The track unavailable by Davido is an exceptional afro beat work of art, hell even Dwayne Johnson admits to working out with Davido songs.

4.  Thunder imagine dragons:
Imagine dragons are no strangers to good music, and the perfect combination of bass and lyrical greatness makes this song very favourable for work out sessions.


5. middle child J Cole   

It's a common sight of rapper with flow and bars but J Cole takes this to another level, with his song middle child which is without a doubt one of the best songs of this time.

6. Till I collapse Eminem 

This song speaks for itself, just listen and drop a review on it, should have been number two but already written can't go back for correction 🤣lol.

If you haven't heard of Skepta you might be living under a rock he is just simply amazing he conveys one of the best tempos in rap songs eyes on me is an all time work out favorites.

Don't underestimate the power of drums. 
This song has one of the best combinations of both an angel like vocals and the best drums I've ever heard, this will be suitable for most explosive workout.

Omologo was sang by a Nigerian upcoming artist who has a very good sense os sound combination.

How to get very attractive

 We all struggle to be attractive especially to the opposite gender, so in this article we would go through some steps to achieve the ultimate attractive body.

Confidence; 



The saying everything looks good with confidence is not an understatement, no matter what you put on without the confidence you look off but when you are relaxed and confident you stand out more.

Note do not over do this because it might come off as being proud or cocky.

Hairstyle;

when we say hairstyle most people think of only the hair on your scalp, but that's not just it am talking about all the hair on your face even your eyebrows and  beard, everything should align. You should choose the best hairstyles base on your face shape.

this is your crown a good hairline is a very attractive feature to have especially in guys, try getting a good hairline if u have a receding hairline, you can try out some products if not just go with a haircut that complements your face.

 if you want to be attractive to the opposite gender the lip plays a very vital role it is one of the colourful feature of the face so it is easily noticed, just biting or licking your lip can send alot of meanings to the opposite gender. 

The lip should be well taken care of by exfoliating regularly and keeping it moist by adding balm.

Get in shape;

Look around you, you hardly see an oversized model this is because the in-shape you are the more you level your attraction game, so try hitting the gym you don't have to be shredded or muscular but try loosing unnecessary fats especially in the tummy.

Smell nice; 


No matter how beautiful or handsome you are bad smell is a great turn off to anyone around you, so put in the effort to smell nice by applying colone and other deodorants. 


Be gentle;

Everyone loves a gentle person, this doesn't mean letting everyone walk all over you just care more, pay more attention to details don't do things hastily cause it just looks messy. 

Always remember to look calm.

Dress well always;


always dress like you actually put some thought into it, but make it look effortless no one likes a showoff or an overdoer .

Little accessories like a watch and necklace are very important to stand out in public, secondly know your colours don't match wrong colours if you are not sure just go with the classic colour patterns like black and white ash with black or gray and so on, doing this makes you look smarter and we'll presented.

Getting motivated for task can be very hard especially when u just got up from your comfy bed and need to get out for a run 
In this article we will see ways to get motivated in minutes for large task.

Adding music to anything wether it's cooking or a workout session makes it effortless and enjoyable, so this should be your number one go to when you feel like you lack motivation to do something.

* Break it down:
Be aware that anything you decide to do can be broken down into tiny bits with that in mind u should try breaking large task into smaller units for example if you have a goal of performing 100 pushups a day you can say u will start with 20 pushups and repeat that over and over again till you achieve your goal doing this will not only create artificial motivation but also makes it feel less of a challenge.

First of all u should know why u want to do what is at hand, sometimes we can get motivated by just reciting the benefits of the task we chose to do, an example of this will be to put a picture of a shredded person on your wall beside your bed so when u wake up that pic stimulates your brain and floods your heart with desire this has been proven to be very effective.

The problem is not that u are not motivated enough to attempt a task is Just that you are too comfortable in comfort Zone which is good but not the best place to sit around all day, when you are faced with something that needs doing just say there's nothing I would rather be doing at this moment and attempt it for atleast 2 mins.

What is fat and how is it produced; 

fat is any substance of plant or animal origin that is insoluble in water, and is mostly oily or greasy when touched, they are usually solid at room temperatures, fats consist of mostly glycerides. Fats are identical to animal and vegetable oils, 
There are alot of advantages of fat in the body like fat helps give your body energy, and also protects your organs, supports cell growth, keeps cholesterol and blood pressure under control, and helps your body absorb vital nutrients. 

Types of fat:
Two main type of fat;

Unsaturated. This is the healthy kind of fat, it comes in two types namely monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Monounsaturated fats are present in peanut butter, avocados; nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, and pecans, also in plant oils, such as olive, peanut, safflower, sesame, and canola oils.

Saturated. This is what knowed as bad fat. It's primarily found in animal products like beef, pork, and high-fat dairy foods, like butter, margarine, cream, and cheese. High amounts of saturated fat also are found in many fast, processed, and baked foods like pizza, desserts, hamburgers, and cookies and pastries.


The healthy way of losing fat 

When it comes to losing fat there are two main ways exercise and diet

Though losing fat  can be very difficult, there are some things you can do if you’re looking to reduce excess fat especially abdominal fat.

a. Reduce your alcohol intake; studies have shown that alcohol contributes heavily to belly fat, mostly waist size.
Am not saying you should give it up completely, just moderate your daily intake.

b. Do aerobic exercise ; it's no secret that exercise burn alot of fat rapidly, if you wish to burn belly fat try getting out of your comfort zone, do some cardio, take 5 hours every week to go for a run and you will see improvement in your belly.

c. Take less sugary food; sugary food and drinks are high in frutcose and since our brain doesn't process liquid calories like solid once it ends up being stored up as fat.

d. Control your stress level ; try your best in controling your stress level because stress influences alot of things for example excess stress can lead to over eating which can lead to obesity.

e. Eat mainly high protein and fiber meals ; eating less fatty food and more fiber and protein can help tremendously in reducing fat

f.  Get enough sleep ; sleep is one of the most essential thing in life, you should look into your sleep time if u want to lose fat but be careful not to over do it or you may achieve reverse of the desire result about 8 hours of sleep time is enough.

How much protein do u need to build muscle

 

What is protein? And why is protein important in building muscle.

Protein is one of the three nutrients our body needs to grow peform repairs and work efficiently, along with fat and carbohydrate, which we need in larger amounts in our meals. Protein is found in a wide range of food like beans and eggs, our hair, skin, bone and muscle are all made from the protein we eat. protein is a necessity in our day to day life no matter your age,gender, or appearance.



Protein is made up of long chain which consist of smaller units called amino acids, they are the building blocks that the body puts to use for muscle growth and repair. amino acids are 20 in total, of which nine are very essential for growth, this acids cannot be made by the body it must be obtained from our meals. Animal produce, such as meat,milk,fish and certain plant contain all of these essential protein units (amino acid), making them a very high-quality sources of protein.

Protein is very vital for the maintenance of muscle over the course of time, which is important for good health and physical strength.

How much protein do I need ? To build muscle 



When it comes to protein consumption there is no exact calculation or any magic figure of how much to consume, but if you are to bulk up muscles by training you may need a little more than the average person,  somewhere between 1.4-2g/kg of body weight or maximum of 2.0g/kg of body weight. 

You should know your body fat percentage, so as to can figure this more accurately by calculating your body fat percentage in kg and subtracting this amount from your overall weight to arrive at your lean body mass.




When it comes to building muscle and staying in shape your diet is a necessity

 If u want that nice looking model figure you see on tv and magazines, you should take your diet very serious, reduce the intake of junk food, try eating healthy always avoid fatty food and reduce your alcohol intake.
 

 is it possible to get enough protein for muscle gain by just eating protein-rich foods.



Yes it is very possible to get enough protein from protein meals, You should make sure to have a source of protein in most if not all of your meals in order to see those  muscle gains. When going for protein sources stick heavily to animal produce like meat and fish it has been shown to be very competent in building muscles.

Sources like poultry products example chicken and eggs.


Fishes like salmon and others are also great sources of protein.


Others sources include cheese,milk and yoghurt

How effective are protein supplements 

Protein supplements are great to use they have been proven to support muscle-building. However, they are not a substitute for your diet but an addition. Note that the body can only handle about 25-34g of protein at a time so any extra protein from the supplement will be absorbed by the building but not necessarily for building muscles.

Pls note that even when consuming the right amount of protein without rest u won't see those gains. you try to have at least 8hrs of  sleep try rest the body more cause even when we rest the body still consumes energy but less so try taking a nap once in a while

It is a form of strength training exercise which consist of various movements that exercise the large muscle groups, they include pushing, pulling, grasping, standing etc. These exercises are very equipment minimal and are just body weight exercise. In a nut shell calisthenics is the use of body weight as resistance to build or train large muscle groups.

c. Resistance training also has the ability to improve bone health, strength and increase bone density so you don't just bulk up muscles but also healthy  bones as this will help you when you're older to be active.


d. Weight training helps you grow bigger muscles faster, this is because u have the flexibility to select the weight load but don't go too heavy, you should choose weights that let you peform at least 12 to 15 reps before giving out.
